We investigated the root causes of the increase in mental health issues and found that people struggle with expressing and labelling their emotions. To help those struggling with mental health, we conducted a deeper investigation into this area
We identified a need to improve the education system's approach to teaching children about managing their well-being. Through research, we discovered that children prefer a more personalized approach and a safe space to share their feelings. To meet this need, we created a product that helps children reflect on their emotions and communicate their problems comfortably. Our goal is to foster open conversations between parents and their children about their well-being.
Our proposed board, Dizzy Days, encourages children to reflect on their daily emotions using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. The board's inspiration comes from the practice of labeling emotions and identifying their causes. The Dizzy Days Board connects to an app that allows parents to monitor their child's feelings and understand the reasons behind them

On various occasions, we conducted workshops where we collaborated with children and obtained their feedback, utilizing a combination of co-creation activities and user feedback.
